IMDEA Materials Institute participates in the FP7 European project RADINTERFACE, which aims at constructing a bottom-up framework (advanced predictive tool) allowing discovery and quantifications of materials damage mechanisms and effects on mechanical properties for novel crystalline materials with large interfacial areas for nuclear reactor applications.
